The hotel boasts a fantastic location on the river, with the convenience of being close to Hastings Street and the beach. The rooms are spacious and modern, offering lovely views over the pool or river. However, my experience with check-in and the dining options left something to be desired. While the service was excellent, there were issues with room allocation, and breakfast could use some improvement.
